Competitive Swim Coaching FAQs

No, competition is completely optional. Whilst we teach the competitive skills, we do not submit children into competition.
If your swimmer is confident, swims independently and has completed core learn-to-swim stages (typically Stage 5+), coaching may be suitable. Our team is happy to advise if you’re unsure.
Coaching is primarily aimed at children and young swimmers, but adult coaching options may be available depending on demand. Please get in touch to discuss.
Session lengths vary depending on the programme and venue, but are typically longer than standard lessons to allow for technique work and endurance building.
