Our class terms generally follow the Leeds City Council School term dates each year.
Renewal reminders will be sent automatically towards the end of each term.
You will make payments online via the Home Portal.
In advance of each term’s end, we will contact you to confirm your enrolment for the subsequent term and arrange payment. Your place will not be secured until payment is received in full by the stated deadline. A two-week priority booking window is provided for existing members to secure their slot for the next term. After this window, priority booking no longer stands so your space will become open with the potential for others to book.
Due to the high demand for places failure to pay on time will result in automatic removal from the class and loss of the reserved slot. You may, subject to availability, be able to book via the office.
We do not accept American Express (AMEX) cards.
Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
It is recommended that you sign up to the Home Portal at the time of booking as badges achieved are recorded here at the end of each term.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the cooling off period expires.

Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected sessions or provide a suitable replacement teacher.

We will inform the venue as soon as is reasonably practicable of any cancellations and notify you by either phone call, email or by social media.
